This early autumn-only course allows you to savor local delicacies from Lake Hamana and freshly caught fish from Maisaka Fishing Port, prepared in seven different ways: sashimi, grilled, and fried.Seawater from the Enshu Sea flows into Lake Hamana, and the brackish water area where freshwater and saltwater mix is rich in plankton, providing optimal conditions for fish to thrive.Because Maisaka Port is a "day-return fishing port" where fishermen go out to sea before dawn and auction their catches the same day, you can enjoy exceptionally fresh local fish.
